Information We Collect
When you create a WaPushly workspace, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and company details. When you use the platform, we process the contact lists you upload or import, the message templates and campaign content you create, and delivery status (sent, delivered, read, failed) for messages you send through your connected WhatsApp numbers.
How We Use It
Your data is used to operate your workspace: authenticating your account, sending campaigns on your behalf through the WhatsApp channels you connect, showing you delivery and engagement analytics, and billing you for usage according to your plan. We don't sell your data or your contacts' data to third parties.
Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of specialized providers to operate WaPushly: Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API and self-hosted WhatsApp sessions (Baileys) to actually deliver your messages, Resend to send transactional email (account verification, password resets), and Midtrans to process payments. Each provider only receives the data necessary to perform its specific function.
Data Retention
Account and campaign data is retained for as long as your workspace is active. Incoming WhatsApp messages (Inbox) are retained for a limited window based on your plan tier and are purged automatically afterward. You can request deletion of your workspace and its data at any time by contacting us.
Cookies & Sessions
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect your account from cross-site request forgery. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Your Rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data at any time from your workspace settings, or by reaching out to us directly using the contact details below.
